Phillip has been working in the playground industry for over 12 years, performing inspections, repairs, and audits, working with a number of vendors, including Miracle, Berliner, Dynamo, Playcraft, Landscape Structures, and Burke. Phillip has earned a B.S. in Park Management at CSU Sacramento. Phillip serves on CRPS's District 2 board of directors as the Advocacy Representative. Prior to that, Phillip served in the U.S. Navy onboard the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) during Operation Enduring Freedom.
